Poor customer service

Snatcher is a joke!!! The worst experience I have ever seen.

Out of the 4 items ordered, I received only 2 cheapest. The most expensive which is the ice maker was delivered 2 days after the first delivery and it's not working. The blender was not delivered at all even today and I have not even received a refund. I will report this to all the consumer protection services and on all social media Plartforms.
