Poor communication, takes your money

Payment was deemed unsuccessful on my side but the money was debited out of my account, contacted them and haven't heard anything from them since they told me that they would sort it out. Not even acknowledgement of receipt of my emails. Very ****-like steer clear, Oh and they have no contact number that works only email, that way they can avoid you.
