Poor after sales service

The deliveries take too long to arrive. Then only one item from my order was delivered and not to me but to a third party . Now there is no trace of the rest of my order and the feedback from the company is completely inadequate. They don’t seem interested in finding a solution to the issue with a result I might lose my money .
