Please be wary

I've ordered from them 3 times. It's never 7 - 10 working days. That's a lie. I have never received an order within those timelines. Try 3- 6 weeks. But I'm a patient person, so I waited. I ordered 1 item on the 6th Oct and received it on the 12th Nov. Firstly - change your timelines to manage expectations. Then, on the 3rd order - 2 of the 4 items were not what I ordered. I notified them and they advised I need to pay the courier charge to return the wrongly dispatched item AND a 15% handling fee.
