Pleasantly Surprised :)

It was my first time ordering from Snatcher and I must say - I was pleasantly surprised (for the good). The tracking and getting the order ready, takes quite a while to update (and I stressed a bit - I always stress when buying online), but once everything is ready and scheduled for delivery, it's quick to arrive.

I think the communication should just be more frequent, to reassure the customer that everything is in order.

The products received, was in excellent working order (apart from one piece that was broken on one of my items, but I can still remain to use it as is). It's not the very best quality and I am not sure how long the items will last, but I would definitely order again. Great value for money!
