Placed the order,and the only issue was that their customer service is not up to par when it comes to queries and follow up on orders

Placed the order,and the only issue was that their customer service is not up to par when it comes to queries and follow up on orders. Their is no valid customer care number to query on orders,and that makes it a problem. But overall received my order after about 2 -3 weeks waiting for it,and received it in good order
