Pillow way to hard and causing neck injuries

I purchased a CarbonX butterfly pillow that was way to hard and caused my neck to be in pain every morning that I woke up. Unfortunately the 7 day return deadline has passed. I don't recommend that pillow. Looks great on pictures and sales description, pity it is so uncomfortable.
