Phone case

Bought 2 different phone covers on 2 separate orders. Paid in full. Now that they don't fit my phone properly and I need to return them it's a long drawn out process where they want pictures which Intially I did when logging the return. It's emails upon emails and frankly I don't have the time to be going back and forth. This by far has been the worst experience ever.
