PAY ME MY REFUND ASAP!!!!!!
I'm writing this complaint again today on the 16 Aug 2024 to express my frustration with your service. On 21 June 2024, we purchased two bicycles for my son's birthday, expecting delivery within the 14-day lead time. However, the bicycles never arrived. We decided to cancel our order, but even after numerous follow-ups and submitting all required documents, we have yet to receive our refund. Today is 7 August 2024, and this issue remains unresolved. Please process people's refund immediately!!! If you are UNABLE to run your ****ming people their last money....in this challenging economy. FYI - I WILL WRITE DIFFERENT REVIEWS EVERY WEEK UNTIL MY MONEY IS PAID BACK!!!
