Pathetic, unprofessional and poor customer service 😢

Pathetic, unprofessional and poor customer service 😢. My order took over a whole month to arrive! And when it finally did it was not what I ordered. I ordered non stick pots but I received a very weak steel pots 😭😭😭. I didn't even bother to return them because even today I'm still waiting for my other refund of R R424.50! And soooo many other reviews indicate that Snatcher does not refund it's customers. I will never order from them ever again 😒
