Pathetic Snatcher service

Snatcher service is PATHETIC.

I ordered and paid for a portable sewing machine on 7th August 2024. When it arrived it was defective and I informed Snatcher the very same day. The only response I have had from Snatcher (& an employee by the name of Alyssa) is that they have escalated this and they will need 48 hours to respond.

I have sent emails almost daily since then requesting some sort of response as to how this is going to be resolved.

I GET NO ANSWER !!!!!!

IT'S PATHETIC

WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS OUT THERE.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM SNATCHER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME.
