pathetic service, no customer care

this service is pathetic, i have ordered items from them more then a month ago. when i queried about my order they **** and said i was not available for delivery, but no one contacted me regarding my delivery. when i email the *** i do not get a reply, i tried calling them, phones are down due to working from home. when i contacted the courier company they advised they have returned my order to snatcher. what should i do to get this sorted?
