Pathetic Service from Snatcher.co.za

I placed my order on the 15th Feb, 27th Feb I emailed asking when I could expect my order, I received an email on the 28th explaining that there was a delay in receiving my one item and asked would I like to wait or could they dispatch my order. I asked to wait to which they agreed to wait on week. On the 13th March I received news of my parcel being shipped. To my horror when I received my parcel it was still missing the one item. I contacted Thando Hlatshwayo their support consultant to be told that dispatch would refund me on the 19th March. Its now the 14th April, no refund nor any response to the 2 other emails I sent them requesting where my refund was. We are not talking about big money here, they could of even given my account a refund and I would of been happy. But Alas no comment from these *******...
