pathetic service from snatcher

I recently tried snatcher for some items I ordered 2 items on 17th May & 2 days later I ordered 1 item on 19th May 2day I got delivery for the item I bought on the 19th from yesterday when I got a message from dawn wing couriers about my order # ....... I was surprised coz that was ordered on 19th but no news about 17th order I sent many emails to snatcher even guy named andile but never got a reply so I don't know if I was taken for ride coz they don't respond to any mails this is the customer service you get so if they can't or don't have my order they must refund me if I don't hear from them today I'll just cut my losses and go back & only deal with the company i dealt with b4 going to this guys although the items I purchased is a few Rands more it is worth the service they give coz they always update you.
