Pathetic Service from Snatcher!

Would give it a -1000 if it were possible. Have been waiting for my refund for more than months now. Always getting a stupid reason for the delay. Worse, they decided to advertise a product which was out of stock!! Their service is pathetic. And I'm being polite when I say pathetic!!
