Pathetic Service from Snatcher

I initially read the delivery process and milestones from purchase to delivery and 7-10 days is the stipulated time period so I proceeded to order several items and I am now past the 10 days period. One cannot call them but only email and their story is we cannot deliver all your products because we are waiting for stock of 1 item, No updates in-between or apology. Service sucks, will never purchase or recommend your company ever again.
