Pathetic service from Snatcher

I'm so disappointed in Snatcher i just want them to refund me . I made a purchase on the 29th November 2021 and to date they are telling me they haven't received my funds, i have sent proof of payment multiple times but it doesn't look like they care. They don't even bother to reply when i send email.
