Pathetic service

Pathetic after sales service. Snatcher has despatched 1 item less. Sent out numerous messages and emails and the Company did not give any feedback, also cannot get hold of them to rectify the order. This is the first and last to do business with them and personally I do not recommend their services to anyone.
