pathetic service

I had place my order and payment was done, never got feedback from snacther,, I had sent online messages no response, there after i messaged on facebook and i was blocked. finally got a call to say that my order wasnt completed. i told them to deliver what they had and give me a refund..it now been 2 weeks and i have to email them to follow and the only reply i get is i will follow up with account dept. never will i purchase from them
