Pathetic service

Ordered item with a 3-5 day delivery on the 22nd of March. After numerous e-mail queries on the estimated delayed delivery, I received the kids watch on the 11th of April. The watch could not pair with any device as it did not have a qrcode on at the back of it. The item was collected on the 17th of April. No item was returned, no delivery date for the returned item was given, no refund was given...this after numerous emails. No contact details, except for one e-mail address. If you are not happy with the service/goods or need more information, you might just as well send your communication with a ***eon. Will never use this company again!
