Pathetic service

Pathetic service my items were damaged upon delivery it took ages to get hold of them... They take very long to respond on mail also it took them very long to arrange for collection still this matter is going on for over a month and it has still not been resolved I am still awaiting feedback on the goods returned to them I have already mailed them numerous times.
