Pathetic service and worse after sales service

Order 381276 I ordered 4 flasks from Snatcher. Firstly, it took over a month to arrive(indicated 10-12days for delivery). When items received, 1 flask was found damaged upon receipt. I informed them immediately on email and requested the flask to be replaced. After 28 emails later, I receive the same generic response from : Tashriek Rustin ~ Customer Support Agent, Snatcher Online. I requested the flask to be replaced numerous times and mails upon mails but still receive the same generic response with no positive feedback. Unfortunately, they do not communicate via telephone and I receive the same generic email response when asking for feedback as to when they will send a new one. I sent a review on the Snatcher but they did not publish it as they only publish the good reviews for good publicity.
