Pathetic service and unprofessional call centre agents!!

I am very upset and disappointed with the horrible service I have been receiving from snatcher

-I ordered Bluetooth earphones online on the 06.12.2019. I had to call almost every day for a whole week to find out how far my parcel is because I haven’t received a tracking or an order number. -Then once I received the parcel the headsets wasn’t working and I had to call for another 2 days nonstop to get it collected after been treated badly by very unprofessional call centre agents -Parcel was collected on Thursday 19.12.2019 and delivered to your snatcher offices as per the courier company up until now nobody has connected me to re schedule a delivery. I have been calling non-stop since yesterday and there is no answer at all
