Pathetic service and ridiculous delivery time

Worst online company to buy from. There is no customer service support. They take days to get back to you, if they even get back to you at all. I ordered an item and paid for it. Then 11 days later when they delivered, all of a sudden it was out of stock. When I ordered it, it was in stock. I requested a refund and am still waiting. Hopefully this will help the next person not to buy from them. As I see they don't even bother replying to these reviews. I have better service from overseas companies.
