Pathetic Service and No Customer Priority skills

I ordered over R3000.00 from them, The 1st delivery was great, the second and Third order it took them over 2 weeks to allocate the payment after numerous emails. When I received goods the stamps I ordered was leaking before they even shipped it as the ink was dry, I complained about this and advised them that I need this replaced as it is for my child's school party. Up to now NOTHING AND THEY JUST DON’T GIVE A **** about their Customers.
