Pathetic service

I have been a loyal customer of Snatcher but I am very disappointed with my most recent order. Snatcher is advertising a rose gold hair "straight 'n curl" device which I decided to purchase for a friend as a birthday gift. What arrived can only be described as a joke! There are vast differences between the item advertised and the item which arrived. Now they keep answering my emails with "what arrived is the correct product". The agent, Khairunisa Sheik ~ Customer Support Agent seems incapable of even reading what is contained in my email of complaint. She continues to insist that the product which I have sent her a picture of looks exactly like the product advertised on their website. Now that I've challenged her to look at the two products (which she has been sent pictures of) and advise how they are identical she appears to have fallen off the face of the planet. Snatcher continues to advertise the false product even today! Their phone number continues to go unanswered!
