Pathetic Service

I placed an order with Snatcher Online on the 18/08/2021 and todate, I have still not received my order. As per the app, it stipulates that the order will be received between 5 to 7 days. Each time I call the call center, I get told that someone will call me back and off course NO ONE does!!!! I have asked on email to cancel my order and still NO ONE gets back to me. What disgusting and pathetic service!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I order on this website.
