Pathetic Service

If I could I would give ZERO stars! pathetic after sales service! sent the wrong item and now I have to send it back before they can send me the correct thing they were supposed to send from the start. This was a birthday gift for someone on Sunday, I have been asking a manager to call me since the parcel was delivered but all I get is their policies and NO support to fix their mess!!!!!
