Pathetic Service

Prior to placing an order I checked with them whether stock is available. They assured via email that their site won't allow me to check out if stock is not available. Placed my order on 7 Nov 2023, expected delivery within 8-10 days as per their website. After about 7 days, according to their website, my order was still in the initial stages. Sent email/s trying to follow up, they are not contactable by telephone. Only had a response after my third email, assuring me that all is still good & that I will receive my order shortly. Followed up again a few days later, only received response after second email. They also also called me to apologise for the delay but again assured me that all is in hand and that I will receive my order by no later than 28 No 2023. On that date I received an email informing me that they are no longer able to provide me with what I had ordered and paid for. They promised to do refund which has still not been received. After all the effort I went through to check everything upfront, all their false promises, I am aghast at the level service. How do they remain in business with this deceit? Will never recommend anyone to use them.
