Pathetic service 😡
I've purchased a product on the 8th of March and on the 28th of March got a different product, cause their suppliers didn't have stock on the original product. There was no communication whatsoever. I've took the product back on my expense and they promised they would give a refund. It's now 72H later and I still haven't received any thing and they ignore all emails. Think I'll take legal action from here.

06 Apr 2023, 14:34Okay, so it's now a week after my last complaint... They said that refunds take 7 work days and I still haven't got any refund it's now 7 days after I've asked for a refund. My next step will be to get a letter of demand if I didn't receive payment by next week Tuesday.
