Pathetic sales, after sales and refund process

Sent out wrong product plus it stopped working by third recharge (this was a fitness band I ordered but got some cheap square shape watch instead).

Item was returned and I was advised to wait 7-10 business days for the refund. I am continuously 2 weeks later still chasing my refund of which i was told to keep reminding them of both return to be collected initially and updates on refund.. now i am told there were complications with my refund and to wait longer.
