Pathetic Products and After Sales Assistance

I have purchased a toy truck set (Trix Trux) off the Snatcher web page. Delivery was efficient however the package arrived in bad shape. The actual product box was smashed, torn and with holes. When i opened up the box 80% of the contents were not there (plastic ramps etc for stunts) only the Vehicle and a zip line attachment received I contacted Snatcher 1 week ago and up until today i have not received a proper response from them. only the automated email reply when i sent my initial mail.
