Pathetic online service from Snatcher

I've placed an order in the 21 st.... eagerly they took my order and payment. But no feedback whatsoever. sent them a mail yesterday requesting ETA. they sent back an automated response. stil nothing. ... This was the first and last time I've used this useless o line service. I now have to struggle to cancel my order and get refunded.
