Pathetic

If I could rate them 0, I really would. My order was so delayed. I had to contact them twice to ask about my order. When it arrived, it was all well packed but honestly the goods are of such inferior quality, you better off buying at pep stores. The things ordered are not the same as I. The pics online. I’ve complained and asked for them to pick up the items and give me a refund but they coming up with so many stories. A handheld game I ordered in blue, I was sent yellow, they say it’s in their website that they will send any colour available.( what’s the point of asking a customer to choose a colour if that’s the case). Sent me differently designed toiletry bag to the one I ordered and they claim it’s the same as advertised. Such *******.
