Pathetic delivery time and you pay for something there is no stock of.

I ordered hiking equipment it took 13days to be delivered and then one item did not come when i called i was told there is no stock and i had a hike in 4 days i am so irritated with Snatcher its bad service and a hell of an inconvenience for me now. I must now wait 7days to get my money back in the meantime i have a hike and i cant get my money back to go get the item somewhere else.
