Pathetic customer service

I placed an order with Snatcher online on the 12th of December. Since then I have received no tracking information from them. I sent 2 emails to find out about the order as well as a note on messenger. I eventually received a response via email where the assistant said that they will send the tracking early next week which was at the time the 18th of Decemeber

It is now the 6th of December and still don't have tracking or my order. I WILL NEVER buy from this place again
