Pathetic customer service and they dont adhere to their returns policy!

There are 2 products that i informed them that i need to return as at the beginning of May. Until now this return has not been arranged, yet the products are defective. I have been blatantly ignored. I have sent numerous emails to them and more than 50% have been ignored.

Last Wednesday they indicated they arranging for collection for the next day and nothing has happened, no one has contacted me or responded to my emails or my online chat messages.

Utterly useless!!!

Worst customer service ever, definitely wont use them again!
