Pathetic Customer Service

Bought and paid for items. Two were in the box and not the expandable magic hose. Contacted them telephonically (message says they not taking any phone calls. Emailed up & down with them saying that the supplier is out of stock, yet it is still available online. Eventually got so fed up and told them to return my money paid. And guess what it is miraculously available for sale and am still waiting. Overall very bad customer service.
