Pathetic customer service

It has been a horrific 1st time experience dealing with this service provider, It has been almost 3weeks been taking from pillar to post, I bought a gift that was suppose to be delivered days ago to this day i'm the the one calling wanting to get to the bottom of this they don't care to call and follow up, I'm so ****ed that after such a long time with so many emails and calls they still don not care.
