Pathetic Customer Service

The products are good, however, the customer service and delivery time is terrible. I purchases for the 1st time from them. They dont update the progress of your order unless you enquire 1st. They dont inform you that products are out of stock. And their delivery is NOT 7-10 working days. Its longer.
