Pathetic customer service

I bought 2 x H6 smart watches from snatcher on the 09/02 online made a pay of r231.78 payment which excluded delivery fee l, as I would collect same from their offices which is closer to my house and workplace, emails sent to and fro with no final say I drove to their office on the 15th met a consultant by the name of Kabelo to whom I sent proof of payment and the order number Who acknowledged receipt and advised that order is processed , no further communication was received and today 01/03 I drove to the offices again was given a teeth whitner something I didn't order, he said there's nothing he can do as that's what I ordered I have never experienced such a pathetic service on my life, I want my refund like in yesterday.
