Part of order not received order 229896 and no invoice

I once placed an order that went smooth and that made me go back to make another order. This time I made an eft payment for cooking pots. I asked to cancel and be refunded that's when I received part of the order 15 days after with no communication that the others are out of stock. There wasn't also an invoice attached. Their delivery process clearly states that it takes 10 days to receive an order. I still request a refund for the remaining order since it's out of stock. I sent through my banking details and proof that they request. They are still mute. Their telephone line is not going through. I wish I read review before making another order. I needed to give the other part of the order as gifts but it didn't work out for me. I am disappointed
