Paid for items and not delivered. Items paid for but not refunded

I made purchases from snatcher, products were paid for. They didn't send me the items. To date I haven't received a refund for another item purchased and paid for. They making it so difficult. Then i made another purchase before I even received my 1st delivery. They charged me for 2 solar lamps and they didn't deliver it. They might think it's small, but this is ***** and *******. They didn't mention where the lamps where. I looked at my account and checked that they charged me for it but never delivered. So i was ****** by snatcher. Going forward snatcher when you guys deliver the products, please ensure you guys have a list of items purchased so the person taking delivery items can check it against the actual Products received. I couldn't check It cos I wasn't well. One cannot rob customers and expect to continue likd nothing has happened. I either want my solar lamps delivered to me or refunded along with the items that you were supposed to refund me. This is normal business etiquette whereby you guys provide the items that was paid for. If you cannot fulfill that please ensure that the refunds are readily available. Building a brand name takes time. But i will definitely not recommend anyone to make purchases from snatcher until I have rectified this. The invoice number is 291776 for the solar lamps that were not sent to me. And also the refund for the brace which was the first snatcher purchase. Please can you urgently address this because I made more purchases for like 10times the intial purchase amount. And i shudder to think what will go on with those orders. PLEASE SNATCHER USE UPDATED PROGRAMS SO I DONT WAIT FOR MY PRODUCTS ONLY TO BE SENT AN EMAIL ITEMS OUT OF STOCK. DON'T YOURLL USE A COMPUTERIAED SYSTEM WHEREBY, ITEMS ARE SOLD OUT AND OUT OF STOCK TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS OF THIS. REALLY PATHETIC PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE. THE ******* IS THE SCARIEST PART AND THEY CONCEAL IT SO WELL. SNATCHER PROVE ME WRONG BY UPDATING THE MANNER IN WHICH ITEMS ARE DELIVERED. THE ITEMS TAKE LIKE 4WEEKS TO GET TO A PERSON. THEN THEY CONCEAL WHEN ITEMS ARE NOT DELIVERED.So people cannot remember what they purchased and the theft can be hidden.

PLEASE SNATCHER RECTIFY THE ISSUES YOU CREATED FOR ME IMMEDIATELY. I FEEL SAD THAT I WAS ****** AND YOU GUYS JUST DIDN'T CARE ABOUT IT. PATHETIC BUSINESS ETTIEQUETTE!!! I'm frustrated because I made 2 purchases and you guys made a mess up of both. I shudder to think When I Will receive my other items. And I'm expecting more issues and theft. Snatcher Has ****** me!!!
