Paid but order was not generated

On the 17th of September I placed an order ,check out and paid , later I received an email to remind me to check out unfortunately order number was not generated and it seems like my order was not processed. I emailed them requesting the order number the person who responded said that I did not check out I tried to explain how possible did it reach to payment if I did not check out , he. Or she never come back to me I sent proof of payment they are no longer responding to my emails .

I tried their number and is not working . I need to reach to them since my order was for R744 it is a lot
