Paid and ordered on the 4th of September 2023, after 2 weeks my order was still in progress

Paid and ordered on the 4th of September 2023, after 2 weeks my order was still in progress. Contacted snatcher, they said 1 item was the cause for the delay, opened the box 3 weeks later, 1 item not received, they gave me a voucher but received the item in the same week, the wig was not the correct colour as advertised on snatcher's website. Personally I don't need the aggravation, online shopping is supposed to be convenient, won't be purchasing anything from snatcher again, loads of online stores out there.
