Package not delivered after 2 months !

Unfortunately Snatcher is being let down by their courier company, Buffalo Logisitics. After 2 months they are still unable to deliver my wife's package, statingthey are unable to locate our address. This after calling them multiple times, providing them with the address and a Google Maps pin. No other courier company has struggled to deliver to our doorstep. We have even agreed to do a pickup at their warehouse, but they have failed to let us know it is there. Why can't Buffalo locate us ? The only conclusion is that they are running a ****, and that there is no deliveries taking place. I'm hoping someone from Snatcher will come back to me and provide me with a refund - that's the least they can do!
