Overpriced Products

I placed an order on the 28 July 2021, there was a delay because an item needed to be delivered by the supplier, this item is a small tractor that costs R329. 00 which is a total *******. The picture showed this big tractor that can be used outdoors, when the item was received it a small box like a collector's item for R329 which is way overpriced. Upon informing Snatcher I was told i will need to return it and will be charged a 15% handling fee. Snatcher pictures are deceiving and misleading, there products are overpriced and they have the worst customer service ethics.
