Overall improvements Required!

The purchase and payment process is fairly simple. The products sent is not always 100% accurate and of poor quality e.g. i order blue but receive pink, Or a mix of colours. Inferior products too. Furthermore, the delivery time is too long when other ecommerce businesses can drop of my order as soon as 24hr. Also the after service is incredibly poor: takes too long to respond and that response is short, unclear and most times insensitive/unapologetic if there are shortcomings on the business side. This is very frustrating!
