Overall experience

Overall experience is good. Can recommend that Snatcher have more communication with clients after items has been ordered and paid for. One can understand it might take a bit long to allocate all items from different shops, but just send every now and again an update informing clients of the progress. Delivery of items is excellent and arrives with all ordered items. Communicate more with clients and you will gain more happy customers. I will recommend Snatcher and will order from them again.
