Overall a good experience

Overall we had a good experience. The only trouble was we had confusing communication from Snatcher. We placed our order on a Friday night and made payment immediately. Throughout the weekend I received emails stating that they were waiting for payment and would cancel my order of payment wasn’t received. I sent proof of payment and received no response. Then I got an email saying that my order was on its way 🤷🏼♀️ Anyway, the order was delivered as expected, and so well bubble wrapped that it didn’t (couldn’t) get damaged in transit. I will order from Snatcher again.
